Rotary Valve Cover- same part number different injection points

I had a lot of clearance between my cover and the rotary valve, so I bought a used one on line. The part numbers are the same, (810-030) but the injector points on the cover are different. My original cover has injector points in the intake runners where as the replacement injects in the cover face itself. I have a 95 Sea Doo Speedster with twin 657X motors. Will this cover work for my application? Thanks for your time

Post a picture of both... but yes, it should be fine. Over the years... there were some changes, but the internal dimensions were the same.
