I did not know their was a rossier edition. My 96 GSX has a Rossier exhaust and it sounds pretty sweet, im not sure what gains it had over stock because it was on their since the day I bought it

Are you talking pipe or complete motor? If I ever have to go through my motor again I will for sure consider the rossier motor.

As for the pipe, I am hearing you can get the same performance by hard jetting the pipe and colling system. The spec II will totaly out performe the rossier, so i here :)

If i do a pipe it will be spec I or II for sure.

I guess it's just the pipes the guy i bought it from called it a rossier edition probably because it had a rossier decal on the back of it. It has vilder carbs has anybody heard of those?

Vilder carbs? I've seen Vilder flame arrestors but not Vilder carbs. Could you please post some pics?

I have a fully modified Super Stock 96 XP Built by Charlie Rossier/Rick Berry from Rossier Engineering. I can supply you with more info than I can type if you would like. Is there a difference... YES! My XP is a fantastic ride. There has never never never been a PWC that takes me in the 1st 100 yards. The hole shot is amazing. The full mod was about $6000.00 and almost 3 months, it was worth every penny/minute.
There is way more here than an exaust/carbs and nozzles.
It has proven to be very reliable, only normal maintenance since 1997.
I never raced it, I just had it built for the thrill of riding it. The other bonus is the look on the other guys face riding his 800lb lawn chair or the latest big HP ski. I hit the throttle and I’m a quarter of a mile down the river by time he’s done thinking wow I’m getting crushed by a stock looking 96 XP (defiantly a sleeper).
