rocks got in pump 150 speedster

I went thru some rocks and they got in my pump and rattled around no bent fins but some nicks and scrapes is the propeller. Are they balanced from the factory . And will it hurt the bearings in the end cap or engine. Or do I have to replace it or can they take alot of abuse before its bad and need replaced. Thanks Hoss
