Ride plate plastic fitting replacement

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday while riding my 2006 Seadoo Challenger 180 the Temp light came on. Stopped the engine and checked the engine compartment. Coolant reservoir was empty. I then noticed that a hose going to the ride plate was busted. After evaluation, it's the plastic fitting 293710114.

Anyone would know how to replace these 2x fittings? The service manual is pretty evasive on this topic.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have any experience with this but take a look here, especially the pictures at the end. If this is what you are dealing with, looks like a lot of work.
