Have a 2000 GTX RFI bought this ski blown up. Rebuilt the motor inc new crankshaft. It'll run if you spray fuel into the throttle body. I'm getting no injector pulse. The fuel pump comes on. I checked it with a noid lite. Replaced the crank sensor. Would a bad head temp sensor cause it not to pulse? Or the tps?

No a bad Temp Sender or TPS will not cause a no-fuel. I used to blame a lot of things on the TPS till I swapped computers and never programmed the TPS. The skis ran fine. LOL Check your air pressure sensor also. In the manual there is a testing procedure for all of the engine components. You remove plug 4 from the MPEM and check resistance on the wires to each component. It might be as simple as bad contact on a plug. Check the pins in the number 4 plug. I once had a corroded pin on the big plug that wouldn't make contact. I had to collapse the female connector inside the plug. Those things are sneaky.

Check fire also and unplug your rectifier. Is your battery fully charged?

Make sure you don't have the wires swapped on the fuel injector. I think you can swap the rave solenoid plug with the PTO injector. That would be difficult but I'm sure it happens since there is a warning about it. Check to see if you accidetally swapped the plug for TPS with the Pressure Sensor.

You could have a bad CDI. I forget which one fires the injectors CDI or MPEM. Best way to test is to find someone that has the same ski and swap the black box. If you were local to me, I have spares to try which is nice when you don't trust a component. That is also why I advocate NOT throwing money at a problem. I do a lot of "test" swaps and nothing changes. :) Good Luck
