revving problem

Hey Guys. First time on this forum so be patient lol.

I have a 2008 Speedster 200 an one of the motors has started to rev above normal and then drop back down to the normal level. It is consistently doing this, more so when at low speeds.

I'm thinking it could be the fuel filter/pump?!
Any ideas??

Have you tried replacing the spark plugs? it sounds like a fouled spark plug.
