Rev exaust rev valve problem

I got water coming out of my exaust rev valve..... is that normal

That is called a water regulator and the metal clamp inside has probably rusted and poked a hole in the rubber bellow inside, some people fix with some sealant and use a zip tie to replace the rusty clamp. Open it up and see what you have going on in there. You want it to work right so you dont melt exhaust hoses and so you get all ypur rpms
