It looks like the previous owner fixed it, with another plastic one. :(
He epoxied it, so how do I remove the plastic epoxied one on there?

I'd say a die grinder with a "Burr" tool, to cut it away.

Thanks Doc, can I hurt it in any way?

Also can I use a drill with Burr attachment? or a skinny flat head screwdriver? just asking...

You can use what ever you want. But high speed is better.

Yes... you can damage things. You only want to remove the old fix, so the new aluminum insert will fit. You could probably split the old insert, and crack it out.

OK I got it out! I used this with an extension:

I was being super careful.... so hopefully I didnt mess anything up, the new hull fitting fits in perfect after I chiselled away at some plastic pieces still epoxied on...

I bought Water Weld Epoxy:

Hopefully its ok?

Also I have an extra "double lip seal" number #29 on this picture:

What I dont understand is, is this double lip seal included in the driveshaft seal I purchased (inside the seal)? or its supposed to be lose like that, here it is on this picture just on the driveshaft:

sorry for all these noob questions..

On the drive shaft the is the inside bearing ring of the bearing.
It sized to the drive shaft. Thus ripping thru hull fitting.
It has to be cut off carefully as to not cut into shaft or you can try heat and a BAH.

But wait to see what Dr has to say.

Also, the water weld probably not seadoo oem stuff.

Morning guys............

First... if you are reusing the drive shaft (that's not a prob) you will want to make sure that there are no rough spots to hurt the new seals and bearing.

The new seals will go into the seal carrier with the cup facing out. Remember... you aren't so much using the seal to hold the grease in... you are really trying to keep the water out. Also, since that rear seal isn't in the carrier... I'm going to assume that the old carrier is shot. (warn out) Did you check it yet? Or... did you buy a new carrier?

I've never used that "Water weld", so I can't give an opinion on it. But, generally... I don't like the putty type epoxies. As long as it's made by a reputable company... I'm sure you will be fine.

I got to run... but I'll check back later today.

I think I understand what you said Doc, the new carrier comes complete with both seals (267000094 and Single Lip Seal):

So basically the seal on the picture I posted above is broken off the carrier, and yes it looks like the carrier is shot (rusty and and missing teeth), and I guess it was from lack of greasing it (my fault!).

Which Epoxy would you recommend? (I love your opinions, they usually work! :)

Thanks so much Doc and OCOD, for all your help all the time! Im not sure how to repay you guys.. first in giving me the confidence to tackle this job, and actually helping me all the time to accomplish it!

OK Guys! I finished the job, here are pictures, hopefully I did not "Mickey Mouse" the thing... lol, honestly I think I did pretty good..

Here is a picture of the old seal:

Here is a picture of the new seal with new new hose:

Here is a picture of it on:

Im a picture guy, so hopefully you like all my pictures... ALSO, I had to "saw" some more of the hose to get it on there... I tightened the clamp and im hoping no water is gonna get it..

Putting the pump back on was pretty easy, thank God..

However, I just saw the manual again, did the driveshaft have to come out with the pump?? because that wasnt my case?

My pump came out by itself, and the driveshaft stuck on the PTO??

Thanks
