I am trying to replace a starter in a 98 GTX Limited, and it looks like the previous owner replaced it before. My problem, is that he stripped the three bolts holding the starter in place. Anyone have any suggestions on how I should go about getting them out?

Welcome to the seadoo forum applanalyst. You might have to drill the bolts and re tap the holes and install new ones.

what are they allen bolts, or wrench heads. either way, you probably need to remove the motor to get to them. sometimes with a rounded bolt head, you can hammer on a smaller size socket to win this one. you might get lucky beating in a bigger allen head socket too. might even find an american size that is a little bigger but not a whole 1mm that might go. make sure you get it all the way to the bottom before you try.
