Its called a tridon CAW clamp. I personally don't like them. I use regular triton worm drive hose clamps.
To remove them I usually use a flat head screwdriver and twist it to loosen the crimp. Some of the more stubborn ones I have had to use dikes to cut them off. There is a special tool to fasten them and one to remove them too. That's another reason I don't use them.

No need to grind the clamps. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the crimp slot and wiggle side to side. It only takes a little to loosen them enough for the hose to slip off.

replaced most of the fule hoses except the vent hose, replace fuel selector too.
Before I start the engine, do I need to prime the fuel or bleed the air, is there such thing? any gotchas before I fire her up?

use just the stock filter, using a second filter could restrict flow and cause you issues, I have had that happen before.

Project done. She fired right up. I did some priming thou. Prefilled the hose between the filter and the carb with fuel, then connected hose to the filter , then filled up the filter with fuel.

Question, what is this grey line between the carb and the crankcase

Need to replace 3 / 32 Tygon oil injection lines (small hose in between the 2 gray ones)
They get brittle and break

I could be mistaken but that looks like the original tempo lines between the 2 carbs still, it is definitely at least the original clamps

yeah, I left a few inches of the grey line coming out of the carb, it didn't look like i had good clearance to do a good job with the ziptie or clamp. I'll take of this when I do the carbs in a few months. The inside of the grey line looks pretty good actually, no cracks/deterioration.

What's the clear oil line next to the one with the filter

That is an oil line that goes to the rotary valve, it’s 12mm, those lines don’t usually ever need changing, just the 3/32 lines that @tobytd mentioned. I personally like to order those small oil lines from brp because of there importance I like to be sure they are the exact correct ID and I feel better about the quality.

Before got started on the project, I Bought some no brand fuel hose on Amazon for about $1/ft, I didn't read any reviews cause I didn't think much about it. The night before the install, I read some reviews saying the hose turns the fuel green etc, so I filled up mine with fuel and waited overnight. Next morning, it turned into this, so I went to O'Reilly and picked up some new ones for about $3/ft.
Not sure what it is, anyone had the same experience? Is the hose no good?

I also bought cheap fuel line from amazon but didn’t use it, I’ve been using continental fuel line, roughly 50.00 for a 25’ roll on amazon. From what I read the cheap stuff will get brittle and crack within a year or less.
