After a fun weekend in my 99 speedster SK I noticed that the rear floor locker hinge was not as it should be.

I really don’t want to replace the whole hinge because that involves a lot of rivets and a expensive OEM part.

*Can I replace just the pin that holds the two?

*If so... has anyone done this and/or know a size of the replacement pin and where to get one?

You can replace the pin yes, but I have no idea what size it is... You will need to take a measurement, and probably take the door with you to find one that fits. Also, make sure the new one is stainless!

I'd figure out the diameter needed against some known screw/bolt sizes and then think about a piece of aluminum rod stock (if you can't find SS rod stock), another consideration could be a piece of SS welding rod cut to length and peen the ends over slightly to prevent the new pin from coming out.
