Removing seat upholstery

The first sticky on the forum is from cheappc about removing seats/upholstery on a jet boat. I cant access the pictures he posted, tried clicking on them, nada. If anyone can help...
 
I took a small cheap flat head, bent the head, sharpened the tip, then duct taped the grip to make it fatter. I then used this to pry out 1,500 staples 1-by-1.
 
I added new pictures at the end of the thread from when I did mine. Those pics should show up, that's why I put mine up. When I pulled my staples, I used a Stanley Brad puller, looks like a screw driver. There is a pic in there where you can see it.
 
I think we need the first step on how to remove the seats from the boat itself. At least that's what i need to know on the midship and bow seat backs.
 
Check post 72 & 73 in the sticky. Shows post removal of the spotter and bow seats in my 97 Challenger, but has a description of how I did it.
