Removing a motor out a 1995 Seadoo speedster the motor. Need help ,
Do I remove the impeller and drive shaft then the motor? Any info on this anywhere?
.

Pull the pump and drive line. Easy to do, 10 minutes of work.

Disconnect the steering and reverse cables. Remove the 4-13mm head bolts to get the nozzle and venturi off. Pull the 4-17mm nuts to remove the pump. Disconnect the water lines on the inside of the hull and fight the pump off, it might be siliconed in and put up a fight.

Yes, remove the pump and driveshaft before pulling the motor. You will need them off anyway to align the motor when you reinstall it. Remove the carbon seal retainer (SS hat) before you remove the pump

Anybody tell me where i can get this tool?
Sea-Doo Engine Alignment Tool 1995 Seadoo speedster Kit,

Check other forums on the tool. I found my mine on Green Hulk and oddly enough a local guy was selling it. Talk about surprised. Only thing that irks me is the price of the shims. If someone has a good resource that would be helpful. For the final tweaking I use my pump alignment shims. Get them babies "spot on". Good Luck.
