Regulator Rectifier wire harness

I have a 2009 seadoo speedsster 150 and had the yellow wire set that plugs into one of the spots on the regulator rectifier get burned at the deutsch connector. Im trying to replace the connectors but am curious if these wires are specific order to the connector or can they be conected in no random order. Thanks for the future help.
