Redoing Seat Backs On Challenger 1800

Has anyone done the two bumps (green) on the rear seat back on a Challenger 1800?
I am trying to do it in one piece, but it has been extremely hard to do. Is there any patterns or suggestions anyone can give?

It is not easy my dad made a pattern for mine out of masking tape. He about wanted to kill me by the time it was all done.
