Rectifer Question

I pulled out my Rectifier so i could look at the board. My question is; Should you be able to see any burn marks on the board of the Rectifier?? I will try to take a couple of pics so you can see the burn marks.

It's normal to see some so don't really worry about it until it fails.

does it matter where the 2 yellow wires with the male ends on them get hooked to??? or just plug them in to a yellow wire with a female end on it

The wiring is color coded so you can't mix up the wiring...as long as the parts belong on that seadoo and not from another model.
