Rebuilt engine break in period?

I have a 2005 sea doo speedster 200 with twin 185 hp 4-tecs. I got the boat as a fixer upper, the starboard engine was completely blown. It now has a used block with new pistons, rings, bearings, timing chain, gaskets and seals. The valves were relapped and all parts used were OEM BRP. What would be the recommended break in time and rpm limit? Thanks!

5 hours of cruising, no wide open throttle until you reach 5 hours. change oil at 5 hours.
