Here it goes. It was starting fine, never had problem. Tried tonight to hook up a gps, 2 wires, 12v and ground. So, removed the cluster, and then the ignition switch. I found a constant 12v on the red wire right at the switch, so easy. Before cutting the red wire, I wanted to "double check" to be sure it was good.... nothing at all?... checked everything... nothing. When I turn the key to the "on" position, there's no warning buzzer anymore, won't start neither. Radio, blower, light, pump, every thing still work fine, check every fuses in the console under the cluster, all goods.... laynard cordon is plugged, it's in neutral position, don't know what to ckeck anymore.

Is there an other fuses box? I purchased the official seadoo utopia 2002 repair manual.. there's a wiring diagram in it but there's no secton about "cluster harness" or "ignition switch".... please help me. Thx you very much

The reason there isn't anything about the key in the Seadoo manual, is because that boat is a marriage of Seadoo and Mercury marine. (so, I will move this to the Merc section)

There are fuses in the helm.... there are a few main power fuses behind the battery switch... and there are a couple on the engine. (but they are just for charging, and fuel)

First... did you turn the battery switch on, when you went to check it again? I know that sounds basic... but I've done it.

Second... I would disconnect the GPS from the "Key", and fix that wire. There should be a few taps on the fuse box, that you can hook an accessory to. The problem with hooking to the key is that it's part of the engine control... and a short there COULD roast a very expensive computer.

Finally... whenever you work on the boat electrical... you should turn off the battery switch, so you don't accidentally short things.
