I rebuilt the carbs recently on my 96 GTX. The carb rebuild thread was an amazing tutorial. I felt like a pro by the time I got to the second Seadoo.

Now I would like to rebuild the Rave valves. I have searched but I haven’t found anything close.
Where is the best tutorial?

Tons of videos online. Here's an example:

By the way, you don't "rebuild" rave valves--just clean them. If they're cracked or damaged in any way, replace them ASAP. If the bellows are torn in any way, replace them.

Cleaning should occur at the end of every season. Inspect and replace any worn parts at that time (or when you buy a new ski/sea)

Also, if you have an engine and it's been rebuilt and overbored, if you get new rave valves, you will need to shave the rave valves or they'll catch the rings and destroy the engine. There are videos online of how to do that as well.
