Hello all,
I put in a new SBT 787 engine, put approx 15 hrs on it, on the last run I took a good look at both engines before I put the boat in the water and no problems, after I got it home I took a look at the engines and the plastic cap on one of the RAVE valves is melted, I pulled the cap off and the valve has considerable lateral play, 3 times as much as the other three????
This is an easy fix, but wanted to share the experience and ask for your feedback.
