Questions about a 94 SP????

A friend of mine is selling me a 1994 Seadoo SP, I have never owned a boat of PWC before, I have rode a similiar a few years back and loved it. I am pretty good with working on stuff but never a PWC.

My questions are:

What are the specs on this paticular PWC??
(size, power, etc.)

I am pretty sure it is a 2-stroke (judging by its dirt bike sounding exhaust) is it?

If so, I have heard that some places don't allow 2-strokes on the water for pollution reason and such. I live in Texas, does this affect me???

How fast will this paticular PWC go with on person on it??? what about two adults???

I've never heard of 2-strokes being banned from any major water ways. As for how fast a 94 SP is? I wouldn't think it would do any better than 40-45mph at best.

I have been rebuilding my 94 spx from the ground up for about 3 months now. It should do well. It is an oil injected 2 stroke. It will be fun regardless.
