Hello everyone! First off thanks for the add! I am new here and if this is not posted in the correct place I apologize. Last week I purchased a used 2017 Sea Doo GTX 300 Limited from a local private seller. After looking around I noticed a few differences in mine. Every other model I have seen has the GTX logo in teal/blue on the front, and mine is written in yellow/gold? Also, the person I bought it from never opened the safety kit that came with it or the jet ski cover. I opened the cover tonight and saw the bag says, "GTX 155 S". I figured everything would say 300, and mine would match all the other 300's I see online? Are these common things? Does Sea Doo change the logo colors on the front from ski to ski? I hope I didn't get tricked into buying a jetski that wasn't as advertised! I will post pictures as well. Just trying to make sure everything is kosher with my new jet ski. Thank you all in advance for your help!

I have 2016 GTX 300. The colors didn't change for 2017 and from what I can see yours looks right. There also should be a GTX 300 logo decal on each side near the stern. Your best bet is to check the s/n as mentioned.

Also, check its speed. It should be hard to hold on to when you floor it.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I called Sea-Doo and they confirmed it was a limited 300. Every other "Sea-Doo" emblem on the front from the 2017 year model is blue that I have seen so I was curious, and curious why the bag said a GTX Limited 155 S. I took it out to the lake yesterday and it ran 71/mph.
