question about pop off pressure

the lower the pop off pressure the richer it would be? would too low of pop off pressure cause a lack of low end power?

The pop off pressure is a way to determine the correct needle valve size and Arm Spring combinations. A table chart is used for the correct calculations, based on pop off pressure. Too low a pop off pressure, the richer the mixture is at low end. You need to adjust the spring arm to allow pop off at the correct amount of PSI, based on the Needle valve size and Arm Spring size.
