Question about jet pump oil

What kind of oil should I use in my jet pump (155mm)? Is there an approved aftermarket brand or is seadoo the only kind.

This is what is suggested by seadoo, but you can use any similar oil. Sea Doo/// 75w90 GL5 Synthetic Polyester Oil

Is any synthetic oil 75w90 ok to use? I still have some from when I did a LSD diff swap on my car. also how much does it need, and can it be overfilled?
