PWc problem

Hi guys,
I just bought a 07 seadoo GtI Se. I used it 1 time already and now there is some thing wrong with the PWc. It Only goes up to 5mph and doesn't move any faster. Can Some1 Help me out on how to troubleshoot it or have a answer for me?

Are the rpm's raising up but it doesn't go fast at all? Or does it bog down and sputter and not want to rev up at all? We need a little more information.

The Rpm is raising as i try to rev it but it doesn't move any faster.

Here is some information on the wear ring. It might need replacing.Wear Ring clearance for your seadoo 0.035 mm or (.014in) Measure the clearance at the center of the impeller blades, with a 12” long guage. Measure the clearance from the venturi side of the jet pump. This Clearance is for all 4-tec engines.
