PWC floating dock

I'm thinking of purchasing a PWC floating dock, install it out back and off we go at any moment of the day.

Does anybody on this forum used them or know of someone who has one?

Pros? Cons?

I have a great spot for one but unsure if it's simply a gimmick.

They work great. I have two. One for my pwc and one for my key west. You can see the one for my pwc in my avator.

Pros: easy access. Almost as easy as leaving it in the water without the risk of sinking or hull stain/growth. It definitely makes using more convenient and therefore you use your craft more.

Cons: since it is out there all the time and not under a shed. I keep a cover over mine. Therefore, it is hard to leave hatch open for venting and drying out. I have also found very minimal hull wear even though the manufacturer states there will be none. Really no more than the carpet bunkers eventually make on the bottom.
