Pump Insert

Just bought an 05 Challenger 180. Looking under it the pump insert, number 26 in the picture is broken. Does anyone know where I could find a replacement? Is it going to do any harm to run with this broken?

just act as a water scope, might be some cavitation because of the disturbed water. but should be ok. you can get aftermarket.

It's actually a scoop. Ther is no aftermarket ones made. Try ebay.

my mistake i thought it was part of the intake grate like mine was. but my grate was a single piece, the grate being cut off leaving the scoop part

I ended up buying an 07 fixed gate as the insert is the same. You have 2 options, either cut off the grate and continue to use ICS, or modify it to use it as a fixed grate and remove the ICS. I did the second option as I've broke two of these off in the last year.
