Just installed rebuilt jet pumps on the 98 speedster. Took it out on Wednesday for some fishing (I know.. small boat for fishing, but it worked pretty well)

At any rate, on the way out and back, I noticed that I was having to hold the steering wheel to the left, to get it to go straight. Both engines were matched on RPMS. It didn't do this before the jet pump replacement. Should I monkey with the nozzle adjustment bar on the back? Not quite sure how to tackle it.

Thanks guys..

If the steering is correctly adjusted. It is usually weight or conditions that causes it. That is why u have 2 levers.

If one of the cable housings mounts has come loose, the entire cable moves instead of just the inner cable. When this happens, you loose positive steering performance.
