I have 1995 Speedster that I'm pulling a 657x engine out of. My question is do I need to pull out the whole propulsion system out or is there another way.The manual say's I need to pull propulsion system out.

the easiest, safest way is to remove the pumps, and the driveshafts.

There is JUST enough room to do it without removing them... but there is a HIGH probability that you will bend the driveshaft, or mess up the hull, at the D-shaft seal. Personally, I remove the pumps. It takes less time to do that... than it takes messing around the other way.

All the tools? I can't think of anything special you need to pull the pump. When assembling you should be sure you align the engine and pump, but that would be the case even if you just pulled the engine.
