Pulley Flange Cleaner

Found this MSDS online for the pulley flange cleaner. Seems it is mostly petroleum with a very small % of isopropyl alcohol. Has anyone found or used an alternative to the BRP spray that would be less expensive?
I know lots of guys here are pulling pumps so what are you using to clean the shaft & impeller spindles?

just use parts washer fluid or brake clean, and make sure its dry before you put any grease to it again.
