after bouncing my thoughts off all of you and shopping patiently for four plus years....I've finally purchased a 150 speedster 255 w/tower. purchased it from River Valley in Red Wing, MN. I have to tell you that these guys are incredibly good to deal with. this dealer is almost an 8 hour drive from my house. but it was worth it. now i know i have to go through the boat come spring to make sure i don't have any issues like have been reported in here like the unattached exhaust hoses and such. i need to purchase some dock fenders and an anchor or two. any suggestions on what to buy or where? Also, is there anything else i need to consider or purchase that i might not be thinking of before the weather breaks?

Congrats on your new purchase, I'm sure you 'll have lots of fun when the weather gets better. Be sure you have the typical coastguard safety kit on board as required in your area. You might want to go to a marine special store for any other supplies you need like West Marine. or Boat US, to name a couple. That is if you have any in your area. The internet is a good source too to buy things.
