pto plug keeps fouling

hey guys new to the forum, got a 94 gtx with 657x and the rear plug keeps fouling, seems to me that this cylinder is getting to much oil, now i just put a rebuilt engine in this machine and was wondering if i didnt not prime the oil injection system properly or should order a oil block off and run premix. i am also wondering if maybe this cylinder is not getting full fuel and maybe a carb problem.

well i believe i figured out why the pto plug keeps fouling, that cylinder isn't getting enough gas due to the filter in carb on that cylinder was plugged. cleaned out both filters and going to the parts store to pick up new fuel lines. hopefully get her out for one more run before it gets really cold.
