So last April my super decided to deposit the needle bearings into my engine. Needless to say I was incredibly upset and I have let it sit untouched until yesterday. I have all the manuals and the maintenance ability to attack this on my own but I have hit a road block.
I have taken off the pump, drive shaft, water pump housing, super and all the hoses. I have removed all the bolts and the manual says to pry the housing off with two screwdrivers. After it broke loose I tryed to remove it by hand but it binds and then when released it springs back into place. I can't find anything in the manual that I missed and I don't want to break anything.
So my question is to anyone that has removed the housing. What did I miss. Any advice would be great.
