No, I would not worry about a pin hole. It should be fine for a couple more seasons. You might even try to get an epoxy compond type glue and put just a small dab on the pin hole, let it dry ...........but, like you said, if you see it loosing grease at that pin hole, then I'd grease it every few trips out.
Eventually, you'll want to replace it. But, I wouldn't worry with it right at the moment. Wait till you have a better reason to take it out, like a pump inspection or the like..............:cheers:
