PTO boot clamp

Full of questions today. Can a zip tie be used on the pto boot on both ends? I have a normal hose clamp with the screw on the large end and a zip tie on the shaft end. wondering since that pto boot spins, will that throw it off balance with the hose clamp?

ziptie is ok. do not use hose clamp.
