Picked the boat up in late July. What a great boat for the money! It came with the upgraded trailer with surge brakes. Slowly working on it.

EVA foam decking from Komin Foam. I created a custom template. Sea Doo Challenger 180 Eva Foam Decking at Wholesale Price - Komin

Jet Armor interior including replacement middle rear cushion (only seat bottoms installed so far). I also replaced the foam as it was time. Good quality product and fair pricing. JetArmor Seat Covers Upholstery Set for 2008 Sea-Doo Challenger 180

Custom dash work to accommodate Simrad Cruise 9. Work in progress.

New Bimini top in white Stamoid material.

Also a bunch of small changes - removed decals, painted ski locker with epoxy paint, replaced horn and bilge thru-hull with stainless, new strap for walk-through windshield and swim ladder, replaced pole all-around light with permanent light on tower, stainless grab handle on stern.

I also installed the Jet Boat Pilot thrust vector but I hate the impact to high speed steering so I will be removing it.

Great job!
I have a 2006 Challenger with no bimini. Would like to have one installed. Any recommendations?
I especially am interested where you got the snap on cockpit cover?

The Bimini was a Sea-Doo option at the time.

The cockpit and bow covers were custom made. I will be selling them in a couple of months.
