Took the boat out this weekend after fixing my hoses for cooling on my 95 speedster. After riding around for about an hour and makin sure everything was good I started having some fun on the boat. I was doing sharpe turns and doing a few submerges. On my last submerge which was a big one the right side motor stopped running. It cranks and acts like it wants to fire but just doesnt. The motors are at a good temp and arent over heating. Could the submerge of caused hydrolock or something like that? I was on the water for about 2 hours before this happened. Any ideas?

The starter will turn the engine over, but it will not run? If that's the case, it doesn't sound hydro locked. The jolt from submerging it may have cause a wire to come loose or something. See if the engine is getting spark.
