problems with gtx and long beep

Hey everyone. Im having problems with my 99 gtx ltd. Here is the background.

New motor installed, new starter, new flywheel.

Starts fine but while riding there is 1 long beep every minute or so. Same key as before the work was done which worked fine. Could something have been messed up while the new motor was installed? Does something need to be reprogrammed?

Need to add that the gas gauge no longer works (worked before the new motor) and that I see a 12v low when starting.

Update

I fixed this problem. It was the fuel tank baffle. I did the solder trick to fix the blown fuse. Hope this helps someone.

Brown is the a fuse related to the fuel system?

I have a GTX that the fuel guage is not working on my info guage

I have this same problem. What is the solder trick? Also, what exactly should i do to fix this problem? Thank you for the help!
