Problems with 150 SeaDoo Speedster - Lack of power

I'm looking for some help on what could be wrong with my recently purchased 2008 150 Seadoo Speedster.
The boat only had 11 hours when pruchased and I may have put 4-5 on, however when I put the boat out in the water yesterday, it started but was very gutless and had very little power.
I have changed the sparkplugs but need some other ideas as what could be wrong with the boat.
Any help is much appreciated.

I would check the gas, especially if it sat or was stored for any time maybe not properly winterized. You can add a can of seafoam and run that thru. I have an 08 speedster with a 215hp and the turbo went out at 30 hours. Boat would run but like your was gutless and rpms were around 5800. Did you happen to purchase an extended warranty as I did?
