I recently purchased a brand new GTI 130 hp Sea Doo. After the first day of riding it and breaking it in, the battery light began flashing. The dealer advised us to charge the battery overnight and continue riding the next day. The battery died the next day. The dealer came out and replaced the battery. Still the same problem. They picked up the craft and returned it, supposedly fixing the issue.
The battery displayed the low voltage message again a few hours later. The dealer is once again picking up the craft this week to analyze it further.

Has anyone else experienced this? What could be causing it?

when dealer returns it, start it in front of them. put a voltmeter from the pos to neg terminals of battery. if it still says 12 volts, not 13.8 to 14.5, tell them to give you your money back and you are going to buy a ski from a dealer who actually repairs problems. it won't happen, but they will have to take you seriously, which they aren't doing now. the seadoo season is almost over. yoiu are going to be paying payments on it until next spring. remind them of this, and tell them you want a loaner until they actually fix the problem.
