problem sporster engine

hi,
i have just change my engine seal, and carburator seal on my sportster 1800. my problem is that the engine in slow speed, it turn not very clean, start 1500 rpm go to 2000 rpm and down back.... when i accelerate the engine stop and it is full in gazoline inside. i have already change my spark plug. please help me

It sounds fuel system related. Try following the adjustment instructions in this thread:

either you have a leak in the fuel system, and are getting air bubbles. OR... you need to rebuild the carburetors.
