I have to rebuild my cylinders and buy new pistons.. It is a seadoo xp from 2002..
Does anyone know what the diameter on the cylinder has to be after it is rebuilt, or how much bigger it has to be the the piston? I have the tools to do it myself just need the size in diemeter..

Sorry my english is not so good...

Bore over?........

The standard bore of your 947cc engine is 88 mm or 3.465 inches.

This engine can be bored over one time to a size of 88.25 mm or 3.474 inches.

It is not recommended to bore this motor over any more than one time.

Your english is fine...........

Thank you for the information.. I have got new sleeves that i have to bore to a size of 88 mm...

The pressure should be around 140 psi right?

Ive heard a couple of things with the 951. Some mechanics I've talked to swear 951 stock comp is 130, some have said 150. If your in between and the same on both cylinders your fine.
