Premix gas/oil in a quart can

I've seen these at Lowes, Home Depot and now it's in the ad for a new Tractor Supply store near me.

This one is the Jonsered brand 50:1 ratio for $6.99 reg price is $7.99 for 32 oz.
I know this is for yard machines such as leaf blowers, weed trimmers and such but why would anyone buy this?

It equals out to be $28 per gallon at the sale price. Yes, it's Ethanol-Free gas & oil mixed already but geeeeez. I go through over 2 gallons of premix gas a season between my 2 machines that are 2 stroke.
I'm not spending over $60 for gas for these things.

Comments from anyone who buys this.

I have seen those cans, but never paid any attention to them until you posted this. I mow and trim 4 plus acres with what seems like miles of fence row. There is no way I would buy any of those cans.

There are a couple of gas stations close by that sell non ethanol gas. I fill up all my cans, boat, jetskis, lawn mowers etc. there. I pay a few cents more per gallon, but it is worth it.

I just had a bunch of tree work done around my place by some genuine pros and they indicated that there are some chainsaws that are very picky about the fuel/oil and that the generic oil marketed for 2-strokes just did not cut it: seals would go out then the standard 2-stroke catastrophe when they run lean. I did not get brands, but in the last few days cruising the specialty stores shows what you saw with the small containers of pre-mix for specific brands.
