power loss

I have 95 tigershark when i put it in the water yhe first 2 min it works good then it seems to break down if you let it sit for a few minutes it will go again for 2 min. I put crank seals coil and cleaned carb but still doing it ?

Just to understand you better, it will slow down after two minutes use, then if it sits for a while it'll go again for a couple minutes? Or if you let it sit for afew minutes it breaks down?

If the previous one, then I would suggest you first look at the fuel filter and replace that.
