Port Side Head Temp Sensor

Hello Everyone!

Currently trying to replace my port side head temp sensor on my seadoo challenger 2000(Mercury Challenger 240EFI). If possible can someone snap me a pic on how its supposed to look when installed? Had my uncle remove and I never got a chance to see how it looked when installed. Thanks much!

I just replaced mine last week and there are 3 colored wires and 1 ground wire. the 3 wires can only plug into there corresponding places so you cant mess that up. The ground has a round connector that bolts under the retaining plate that hold the sensor in. Its a very easy install/removal.

Retaining plate... That would make a lot more sense. Went to put the sensor back on and I did not see a retaining plate of any kind. Thats why I wanted a picture so I can see a pic of it and maybe just fabricate.
