I am wondering if anybody here has a clue as to why my boat jumps up and down when I get enough speed to finally plane out. My boat comes out and planes out about 38mph. Gps and speedometer. I have to decelerate and it will stop , but I want to ride for a little while before I take my kids tubing. I've read about a nose cone that would help it with porpoising. I don't want to attach anything to the boat body. I just installed a 14/19 solas impeller with new wear ring. My boat would porpoise with the old impeller as well. And ideas will be greatly appreciated. TIA

Pretty much just the way they are without some sort of trim tabs.

You could buy a wedge for the jet. This would angle the nozzle down which would keep the bow down better.

I'm going to look into that wedge. Do you know who dell's them? I've seen them online before , but for some reason I can find them anymore. Thanks

Off hand, I don't recall where I ordered mine from (which I have yet to instal). That said, I believe I read somewhere that they are hard to find for the boats. Not sure why that is as they are all over for the skis.

Yes. All I can find are ant-cavitation. And are you referring to the impeller cover??

Check to see if your steering nozzle is drilled for more than one trim position. If not the top steering pivot bolt, then possibly, the bottom one.

Thanks. I will do that today
