Poor Service from Babbit's Sea Doo Parts

Placed an order for an oil change kit in October 2010, Now December no tracking number, long wait on hold, never give an answer, always 'we will call you' and they dont, emails not answered. Parts not received.

Called Babbit's this morning to order some plastic darts used to hold the seats down, they wanted $16 for shipping on a $50 order, plus the fact that the lady was a total bitch....like she was wasting her time speaking to me!!! Total rip off....won't be ordering anything from them in the future!!
 
Makes you wonder what the heck people are thinking in this economy! You would think customer service would be top priority!!
 
I ordered from them once. It took 6 weeks, and 4 phone calls to get my stuff.

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
