Hello, I'm hopeing you can help me out. I just bout a 95 speedster july 3rd and I'm having some issues. Let me start off with what I'v done to the boat, and thats simply putting a new wear ring in and putting new shifter cables in. Thats the only two things I have done.

The issue I am having now that started last weekend is that after about 5 minutes of riding the right side motor is getting extreamly hot. The intake is so hot you can even touch it. Of course with it getting hot it just sputters and dies out after that. When the right side motor gives out then the left motor doensnt have a lot of power. It will go between 2500-4000RPM but mostly stays around 3000 RPM mostly. The left motor doesnt get hot though like the right side motor. Also on the right side motor water is blowing out of the heater hose with the green stripe on it

When we were looking in the engine compartment on the lake we noticed that water was running in from two opening where there looks like there should be hoses hooked up. I dont know where to start to fix this problem and if you could help me that would be great. I will include a couple pics so you can see what I'm looking at. The water is coming in from the white connectors in the back of the boat on both sides. Thank you so much for any help you can give.

It looks like the water supply hose that connects to the pump is off, so no cooling is going to your engine.

Download a service manual for your boat to see the cooling system routing and connect everything as it should be.

What would make water spray from the heater hose with the green stripe? It's the one on the left if your looking at the pic. Thanks for helping tho I'm going to connect that hose

The larger hose with the green strip is the water exit hose from the head. The hose must have a hole in it somewhere.
