I have a 1999 seadoo xp limited. The previous owner said he only used 93 gas with amsoil premix at 40:1. I can’t find a straight answer anywhere and which fuel to use 87 89 93 or 100% gasoline. Any help would be awesome
First of all you need to determine if the oil injection has really been removed, Do you have an oil tank? Do you still have the oil pump? Do you still have the oil injection lines?
Second you can premix but I would use 32:1 on a XP Limited and an API-TC rated oil like Amsoil Interceptor, Seadoo XPS or similar.
Finally your ski if stock, only needs 87 octane and ethanol free would be ideal.

Yes that oil will work.any 2 stroke oil will work one is just a little cleaner burning than the other tokeep rave valves cleaner longer.if you do alot of wide open riding than raves will be fine for years but if you do of on and off throttle and don't go for l8ng rides with it then clean them when you winterize the ski or once a year.i have a few custwith 98 gtx ltd orig motor 4 to 500 hours and have only run cheap oil from penzoil.
Where are you at with the XP? Have you checked compression ratings on both cylinder to find out if there was a reason for the previous owner running 93 only?
