please help challenger under water

my engines were under water , what is the process for getting them running again R the boot in the shaft line suppose to be so delicate

Pull the plugs and turn the engine over until you get all the water out. Spray some WD-40 down in the cylinders to disperse the remaining water you cant get blown out. Keep doing this until you get all the water out.:cheers:
